What it is
One day.
One room.
A different trajectory.
Built for More is a conference for ambitious people who suspect there is more in them than their current room allows.
Across a single day in Lagos, six speakers — founders, product executives, creators, and clinicians turned technologists — share what they have learned about building things that last. Not the highlight reel. The mechanics.
The programme deliberately sits at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, and personal growth. Because careers are not built in one lane, and neither are the people who go furthest.
Attendance is free and strictly by registration. That is intentional: we would rather the barrier be commitment than cost.

The three pillars
What Purpose, Power, Possibility actually means
Three words on a flyer are easy. These are the definitions we build the programme around.
Purpose
Know why you build.
Purpose is the clarity that keeps you building when the applause is quiet. We make space to name your calling, your craft, and the people you are actually here to serve.
Power
Build influence that lasts.
Power is influence used well. You will learn from people who turned skill into platform, and platform into real impact — without trading away integrity.
Possibility
Expand what you believe.
Possibility is the ceiling you stop accepting. Expect new ideas, new rooms, and new relationships that reset what you think your work can become.
Why it was created
Built because the room we needed did not exist
Talent is everywhere. Access is not.
Built for More exists to close the distance between ambitious people and the rooms, mentors, and ideas that change their trajectory.
Skill without direction burns out.
We created a day that pairs practical technology and business insight with honest conversation about calling, character, and staying power.
The next chapter is being built now.
Africa's builders are shaping technology, culture, and enterprise. This is a gathering for the people writing that chapter — and those about to.
